Meghalaya is the 'Abode of Clouds'. Mist rolling through pine valleys, canyon waterfalls plunging into turquoise pools, and the ingenuity of the Khasi tribe who wove living tree roots into bridges centuries ago. We boat on the transparent waters of Dawki, trek to the Double Decker Root Bridge in Nongriat, and swim in natural limestone pools.
